Ayo, we know you tryna get ya drip ASAP, so here’s the rundown on how we move when it comes to shipping. Read up so you ain’t left wondering where ya package at!


1. WHERE WE SHIP 🌍

  • U.S. ONLY (FOR NOW) – If you in the States, we got you. From NYC to LA, the Bronx to ATL, we shipping straight to your doorstep.
  • International? Nah, Not Yet – We keepin’ it local for now, but stay tapped in—global shipping might be in the works.

2. HOW FAST YOU GETTIN’ YA ORDER?

  • 🚚 Standard Shipping (3-7 Business Days) – If you can wait a lil’ bit, we’ll make sure your gear gets to you safe and sound. Orders over $150 ship FREE (because we show love).
  • ⚡ Express Shipping (1-3 Business Days) – Need it fast? Pay a lil’ extra and we’ll put that in priority mode so you get it quick. Rates are calculated at checkout.

3. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • We Work Fast – Orders get processed in 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri). You place an order after 3 PM EST or on the weekend? It’s getting packed and shipped the next business day. No long wait times, we don’t do that.

4. TRACK YA PACKAGE 📍

  • No Guesswork – Once your order is out the door, you’ll get a tracking number in ya email.
  • Keep Tabs on It – Use that tracking number to see where your gear’s at. If USPS or UPS actin’ funny, let us know—we’ll see what’s up.

5. MISSING OR DAMAGED PACKAGES? SAY LESS. 😤

  • Lost in the Sauce? – If your package is MIA, hit us up within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll track it down or run it back with a replacement.
  • Package Pulled Up Lookin’ Beat? – If your order showed up looking like it took a wrong turn, send us pics ASAP (within 48 hours) so we can fix it up and make it right.

6. FINAL NOTES & FINE PRINT

  • No Cap, No Refunds on Shipping – We don’t refund shipping costs unless it’s our fault (which rarely happens ‘cause we stay on point).
  • Delays Ain’t on Us – Once the package is outta our hands, it’s on the carrier (UPS, USPS, etc.). If they movin’ slow, we’ll do what we can, but we ain't responsible for weather delays, holidays, or carrier issues.
